Daily Humility Of God

See, every day he humbles himself as he did when, from his royal throne, he came into the womb of the Virgin; every day he comes to us with the same humility; every day he descends from his Father's bosom into the hands of the priest at the altar.

    Amen, ccheryl! In Sacrem Commercium, we see where Brother Francis exhorted the Brothers to see in their own hearts what you spoke of today in your posting.

    Blessed are the poor, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs! So if we truly want to get to heaven, we must visit upon these, the least of our bretheren, and we will surely find it there!

    Yes, ccheryl, but how many of us are willing to go outside our comfort zone into the obscure and hurting corners of our community?

    Of what should we fear when we, the bride, are clothed in the cloak of our spouce and lover, the Lord Jesus Christ?
