Truly Holy.
These are Third Order (Secular) Franciscans from Campinas, Brazil. They are called Brotherhood of Toca de Assis and their charism is to care for the poorest of the poor, (beggars and street people), the permanent Adoration of the Holy Sacrament and living as sparingly as possible.
